Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the ØN FRAME online shop and custom-request flows at https://onframe.org, including contracts for purchase, delivery, and made-to-order production.

What ØN FRAME offers

ØN FRAME offers ready-made 3D printed objects for home and gifting, as well as custom products such as 3D photo relief prints, lithophanes, lightbox objects, and pieces made from a customer's photo, logo, description, or other specification.

Product pages, the cart, Checkout, or a confirmed custom quote show the relevant product characteristics, availability, indicative timing, price, currency, taxes, and delivery information.

Site use and customer account

You may browse the site, add ready-made products to the cart, and submit custom requests as a guest. When you use a customer account or a secure status link, you are responsible for providing accurate and current data that belongs to you or that you are entitled to use.

You must not upload files, photos, logos, or text unless you have the required rights. Content must not violate third-party rights, legal restrictions, accepted standards, or the technical security of the site. ØN FRAME may refuse or stop a request when the content or instructions are inappropriate, unlawful, technically impossible, or incompatible with safe production.

Orders for ready-made products

A contract for a ready-made product is formed when you select a product, provide the required delivery and payment data, accept the applicable terms, and complete payment through Stripe Checkout or another payment method expressly offered on the site.

Before confirming the order, you can review the selected products, quantity, price, delivery, and contact data. ØN FRAME confirms receipt of the order by email or through your customer account/status link.

Custom requests and made-to-specification production

For a custom request, you first send a photo, description, file, or idea. ØN FRAME reviews the material, checks technical feasibility, form, colours, size, lighting behaviour, and timing, and may then send a direction, proof file, quote, or clarification question.

Payment for custom production is due only after the price and direction have been confirmed in the relevant status view, account, email, or Checkout step. After your approval and payment, the product moves into made-to-order production. Products made to your order or individual requirements may be excluded from the standard withdrawal right under applicable law; claims for defects, damage, or non-conformity remain available.

Payment, taxes, and documents

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout or another secure payment processor expressly shown on the site. ØN FRAME does not store full payment-card details on its own servers. Displayed prices include applicable taxes where required and shown in Checkout or the quote. Delivery may be calculated separately and is shown before final confirmation.

If you need an invoice or additional document details, contact us before or immediately after placing the order so the information can be handled correctly.

Delivery and acceptance

Delivery is made to the address or courier office provided by the customer. Timing depends on availability, production load, customization, courier service, and external delivery conditions. If a specific date is important, state it in the request or before payment.

When you receive the product, inspect it carefully. If there is visible damage, a missing part, a wrong product, or non-conformity, notify ØN FRAME as soon as possible at onframebg@gmail.com, including the order or request number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of contact details, delivery address, chosen product, uploaded files, and custom instructions. If wrong or incomplete data causes delay, failed delivery, incorrect production, or additional costs, ØN FRAME may request clarification, adjust timing, or require additional payment before continuing.

Returns, claims, and withdrawal

Returns, claims, and refunds are described on the “Returns and Claims” page. The 14-day withdrawal right for eligible products and the exceptions for custom or made-to-specification products are described on the “Right of Withdrawal” page.

Personal data and cookies

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. It covers the data used for orders, delivery, payment, customer accounts, status links, custom requests, support, security, consent-based analytics, and legal obligations.

Changes to these terms

ØN FRAME may update these terms when the site, products, payment or delivery processes, applicable law, or contact data change. The updated version is published on https://onframe.org and applies to future orders and requests after publication, unless the law requires otherwise.

Applicable law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies to matters not otherwise regulated by these terms. If you have a question or dispute, contact us first at onframebg@gmail.com so we can look for a practical solution. Consumers may also contact the competent court, the Commission for Consumer Protection, or another competent authority under applicable law.
