You start with enough detail for a studio review. We ask for files only when they are needed and keep payment separate until the proof and quote are approved.

- 3. Source files when requestedPrivate source photos or logos are requested only after review, through the reviewed request flow.
- 4. Proof + quoteYou receive a proof and final quote before any payment step is offered.
- 5. ApprovalApproving confirms the proof and quote; it does not charge you or open a payment page.
- 6. Pay Now + productionAfter approval, Pay Now is a separate secure link or signed-in account action for the approved request.
